Our group coaching format creates a space where leaders learn from each other while staying connected to their own clarity. Each group is designed to balance structure with dialogue — so every participant has space to reflect, contribute, and take something actionable back into their work.Format: Eight weekly group sessions (90 minutes each)
Group Size: Minimum 5, maximum 8 participants
Focus: Tailored to the group’s goals — leadership clarity, AI fluency, or authorship in transition
Investment: From $6,000 per group (pricing varies by scope and design)

Consulting for Leaders and Teams
ϕharmony™ consulting engagements are designed for leaders and organizations navigating complexity, transition, or innovation. These projects draw on my background in executive coaching, financial advising, and AI fluency to help teams create clarity, coherence, and momentum where it matters most.
Embedded Consulting: Starting at $3,500 per day, for high-intensity strategic advisory work with leaders and teams.
Retainer Engagements: Monthly retainers begin at $7,500 (3-month minimum). A typical retainer includes:
• Two 90-minute strategy sessions per month
• Ongoing advisory access via email/voice note (48-hour response time)
• Up to 5 hours/month of custom resource design, analysis, or preparationProject-Based Consulting: Custom programs — such as narrative fellowships, AI fluency labs, or leadership transitions — are scoped individually, with minimum engagements of $25,000.
These models allow leaders and organizations to access consulting support at the right level of commitment — while ensuring work is delivered with precision, clarity, and measurable impact.

The ϕharmony coaching subscription is designed for leaders who want consistent, high-level support with the rhythm of a private coaching relationship and the added benefit of group dialogue. This structure provides continuity, accountability, and access to new perspectives — all at a preferred subscription rate.
Subscription Includes:
Four 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions each month
Access to one monthly group coaching circle (exclusive to subscribers)
Priority scheduling and email/voice-note support between sessions
Investment:
Founding Subscriber Rate: $1,400/month (3-month minimum)
Represents more than 30% savings compared to standard session rates
